(India) follows an
established process of
complaints & appeal
handing, relating to
certification
activities. An appeal /
complaint can be lodged
in writing or by e-mail
with details ad nature
including relevant
references and name
and contact particulars
of the sender.
Complaints which are
sustainable prime facie
and appeals against the
decisions with which the
complainant is not
satisfied are promptly
acknowledged
investigated and dealt
with. The status the
findings and outcome
will be communicated
ordinarily within
specified times and a
final notice of closure
will be given to the
concerned party. Details
if any required to be
accessible to the
public, will be
determined in
consultation with the
concerned client and the
complainant.
